Jim Luciani

Jim Luciani serves as the Executive Director of the Air and Expedited Motor Carriers Association (AEMCA) since March 2023, overseeing day-to-day operations and communications while managing event planning and promotions. Luciani has also held the position of Executive Director at ECA: A Delivery Industry Alliance since April 2010, where fostering relationships between carriers, shippers, and vendors is a key focus. Previous experience includes a tenure as VP of Sales and Marketing at CXT Software, where Luciani played a critical role in growth strategy and secured significant sponsorships for industry conferences. Luciani held various leadership positions in the delivery and logistics sectors, including Executive Vice President at Fastrucking and VP of Sales at Velocity Express, and previously served as CEO of 2-Point Courier, which was sold to a publicly traded company. Educational background includes an Associate degree in Electronics-Engineering from DeVry University.
