Matthew Straub

Matthew Straub is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in logistics, business development, and training management. As President and Chief Sales Officer at Pillow Logistics Group since September 2019, Matthew drives strategic initiatives and oversees company operations. In addition, Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for ECA: A Delivery Industry Alliance, promoting collaboration and education within the transportation sector. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Now Courier Inc., where Matthew developed and executed sales strategies, and National Training Manager at hhgregg, where comprehensive training programs were designed for management and staff. Earlier career experiences include management positions at a major rent-to-own company and service as a Military Police Officer in the Indiana National Guard.
