Rosa Hofer

Rosa Hofer is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in project management, coaching, and marketing. Currently serving as a Sprachkursleiterin im Integrationsbereich and Dolmetscherin at ECAP since April 2022, Rosa facilitates language access for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Previously, Rosa worked as a Leadership and Intercultural Coach at the Academy of Professional Coaching “5 Prism,” focusing on client-centric coaching solutions. Rosa's tenured career at IBM included roles as Project Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project delivery, operational excellence, and business development. Rosa holds a Master's degree in Philology from the University of Bern and an MBA from Henley Business School, alongside multiple coaching and IT certifications, reflecting a commitment to continuous professional development.
