As the head of eCapital’s in-house legal team, Todd brings over two decades of experience in the legal and corporate sectors to the table. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and IPOs, as well as his knowledge of corporate governance and securities law compliance, have made him a valuable asset to clients across various industries. Todd’s ability to guide clients through crucial moments and help them achieve their business goals has earned him a reputation as a trusted legal advisor.

In addition to his legal career, Todd has served as general counsel for a financial services company in South Florida and has worked with top external law firms such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Stearns Weaver Miller. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a member of the Florida and New York bar associations.
