Prajakta Kulkarni

Prajakta Kulkarni, CCM, PMP, is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project management. Currently serving as Estimator III at ECC since August 2018, Prajakta has previously held roles such as Estimator II and Assistant Project Manager at Galaxy Builders, Ltd., where responsibilities included managing HUD-funded and commercially funded projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $32M. Prajakta has demonstrated expertise in reviewing plans and specifications, overseeing subcontractor bids, and creating project schedules. Additionally, roles as Treasurer and Membership Chair for SC/TX CMAA highlight financial oversight and organizational involvement. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
