Ryan Davies

Ryan Davies is an experienced program manager currently serving at Eccalon, LLC since August 2023. Previously, Ryan held various leadership roles at Boone Group, including Vice President & General Manager and Director, from November 2018 to November 2024. As an advisor at GovPort from February 2023 to September 2024, Ryan contributed strategic insights. Ryan also worked as a project manager at the Executive Office of the President, The White House, from June 2015 to November 2018, focusing on operations management. Earlier experience includes serving as a program analyst in the United States Department of Defense and assistant program manager at the International City/County Management Association. Ryan holds a Masters of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grand Valley State University, alongside other educational experiences at Georgetown University and Brother Rice High School.
