Bo Iversen

Bo Iversen has extensive experience in the tax and finance industry. Bo is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Tax at ECCO Shoes. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Deloitte and an Associate Partner at EY. Bo also held leadership positions at UCB, Ideal Standard International BVBA, Stryker, and JT International SA, where they excelled in tax management and strategic decision-making. Bo began their career as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen and gradually progressed to more senior roles. Bo's diverse work experience has given him a deep understanding of customer requirements and the ability to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Their expertise in working across cultures and international environments makes him a valuable asset in any multinational organization.

Bo Iversen completed a variety of education programs and certifications throughout their career. Bo obtained a Diploma in Specialist Business Study Accounting from Copenhagen Business School in 1989-1991. Bo then pursued a BBA in Finance & Tax and an MBA in Finance from UBI Business School in 1993-1995. In 1995-1996, they furthered their education at UBI Business School by completing the General Management Program. Later, in 2007, they attended Harvard Business School for the Leadership Program. Bo Iversen's education also includes a Coaching Certificate from INSEAD in 2021-2022 and an Advanced Coaching with Groups program in 2023 at the same institution. Bo has obtained additional certifications such as PCM for coaching from Kahler Communications, Inc. in 2017 and Certified Coach from BAO Group Learning, Coaching, Mentoring in 2016.
