Josephine Fauzi

Josephine Fauzi has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Josephine is currently working as the Global Director of IT Core Tech Services at ECCO since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at ECCO from February 2021 to March 2023. Josephine also worked as a Transition Manager at ECCO from February 2017 to May 2021, where they were responsible for ensuring proper handover from the project team to the support team and assisting in the ITSM team. Before joining ECCO, they worked as an SAP Support Specialist from February 2011 to February 2017 and as an SOP & Business Process from May 2009 to February 2011. Josephine also worked as an IT & System Controller at ECCO from October 2008 to May 2009.

Prior to ECCO, Josephine gained experience working at Petra Christian University. From August 2006 to August 2008, they worked as an Intelligence System Laboratory Assistant, where they scheduled laboratory activities, set up and maintained laboratory computers, and prepared monthly reports. Josephine also served as a Lecturer Assistant (Laboratory Lecturer) from February 2005 to June 2008, assisting in teaching various subjects related to programming, computer architecture, data communication, and management information systems.
