Laila Steenfat

Laila Steenfat has extensive experience in communications, currently serving as the Head of Internal Communication at ECCO since January 2018, after progressing through roles as Internal Communications Lead and Communications Specialist. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Solar Group from April 2004 to December 2017, where Laila held positions such as CSR and Communications Consultant, Communications Specialist, and Executive Management Secretary and Communication Coordinator, effectively bridging communication between the CEO and external partners. Laila also has a background in change management, focusing on communication strategies during a large SAP rollout, and has worked as an IT Technical Writer. Earlier in the career, Laila taught English and Spanish at Ibc Aabenraa. Laila holds a Master's degree in Spanish and English from Aarhus University and has completed various professional courses in media relations, compliance, and lean management.
