Marco Baasch

Marco Baasch has a diverse work experience in the field of license management and software asset management. Marco started their career at Dansk Plakatkunst as a Master Thesis Student in 2013. Marco then joined Crayon Denmark, where they worked as a SAM Junior Consultant and later as a SAM Consultant, focusing on license baselines and compliance reports for large companies. In 2016, Marco became a Cloud Solution Advisor, helping organizations leverage cloud technology. In 2017, they joined PANDORA as a License and Vendor Manager before transitioning to the role of License and Cloud Subscription Manager. Currently, they are working at ECCO Shoes as the Head of CIO Office.

Marco Baasch started their education at the Universidad de Granada in 2005, where they completed an Intensivt Spansk Kursus. Marco then attended I.E.S. Aricel in the same year, where they pursued Primero Bachillirato in Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales. In 2006, they moved on to Roskilde Gymnasium and completed their STX degree in an unspecified field. From 2011 to 2013, Marco Baasch attended the Copenhagen Business Academy, earning an Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, Generelt. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Leading Others from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, and CSAM - Certified Software Asset Manager from IAITAM in 2015.
