Ulrik Balling Hansen

Ulrik Balling Hansen currently serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at ECCO Shoes, a position held since September 2007, where Ulrik has spearheaded a global digital transformation strategy overseeing over 320 FTEs across 14 locations. Previous roles at ECCO include Global D2C IT Director and CIO for ECCO Retail Europe, where Ulrik led digital initiatives and operational excellence across multiple European countries. Additionally, Ulrik has acted as Interim CEO for KSC, contributed to the Danish ICT Industry Association as a board member, and has an extensive background in software development and IT consulting from previous positions at EDB Gruppen and REFELD Partners. Ulrik holds a degree from Copenhagen University and has been an influential speaker at various industry events.
