Marco Antonio Iñarrea Santomé has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as a FullStack JavaScript Developer at Converfit, where they developed backend modules using Node.js and Express. In 2017, they joined GRADIANT - Centro Tecnológico de Telecomunicaciones as an R&D engineer in the eHealth area, specifically on the GAMAPEA project. Their role involved applying cognitive-behavioral therapy methods through mHealth systems to promote active aging in the elderly. In the same year, they co-founded Torneum and served as the Co-Founder & CTO. Marco Antonio was responsible for technological leadership and designing the digital project from scratch. Marco Antonio also handled tasks such as capital management, technology selection, and workflow creation. In 2019, Marco became a co-founder of Rebase, a company they established based on their experience in the Galician R&D&I sector. Before founding Rebase, they worked on innovative projects for leading global technology companies such as Sony, Qualcomm, and Samsung. Marco Antonio noticed the potential of products hindered by underperforming user interfaces, which inspired him to establish Rebase. Currently, Marco is the CTO at eccocar, a company they joined in 2023.
Marco Antonio Iñarrea Santomé obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Technologies Engineering from the Universidade de Vigo, specializing in Telematics. Marco Antonio pursued this degree from 2010 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also achieved the certification of Celga 4 from the Xunta de Galicia in July 2012.
