Gary Ray

Gary Ray is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Eccovia, a position held since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Senior Manager of Engineering. Prior to joining Eccovia, Gary held the position of IT Architect at the Utah Department of Technology Services from October 2017 to August 2022. Gary's extensive experience with the State of Utah includes roles as a Senior Application Developer from August 2009 to October 2017 and as a Software Developer from 1999 to 2009. Gary's career began as a Labor Market Economist at the Utah Department of Workforce Services from 1994 to 1999. Educationally, Gary holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Utah.
