Tom Maggio

Tom Maggio has extensive experience in the field of implementation and technical training, currently serving as an Implementation Engineer at Eccovia Solutions since August 2016, where responsibilities include training other Implementation Engineers and performing system enhancements for clients. Additionally, Tom has been a Technical Platform Instructor at ClientTrack since March 2015, focusing on developing training content for both internal staff and external clients. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Planning from Western Governors University, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University, earned from 1978 to 1982.
