Tracy Ferrier

Tracy Ferrier has a diverse range of work experience in the education and skills sector. Tracy is currently working as the Interim Managing Director, UK ENIC at Ecctis Ltd. Prior to that, Tracy was the Founder and Director of Skills Transform Ltd, where they provided research, evaluation, and consultancy services to support education and skills transformation and economic growth. Tracy also served as the Lead for Skills for Prosperity at Palladium: Make It Possible, where they oversaw the delivery of the global Skills for Prosperity program in several countries. Tracy has also worked as the Global Head of Skills Programmes at the British Council, where they were responsible for the organization's skills strategy and managed teams across 30 countries. Tracy has held various other roles throughout their career, including serving as a Trustee at OCN London and a Board Member at Odyssey Care Solutions for Today. Overall, Tracy Ferrier has extensive experience in education, skills development, and program management.
