Anne Forsyth

Anne Forsyth has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2006 with a role as a Copy Editor/Copywriter at Whitney Education Group. Anne then worked as a Senior Editor at Write Stuff Enterprises from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, Anne became a Teaching Assistant, English at the University of Colorado Denver, where they taught composition courses and facilitated conferences and workshops.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Content Editor at Miles Partnership, followed by a role as a Content Editor at Expedia Group from 2012 to 2013, where they edited and wrote SEO offers and optimized internal search capabilities.

Anne then transitioned to freelance work in 2007, where they worked as a Copy Editor and Writer. Notably, they edited consumer-facing and retail catalog copy and product descriptions for Brooks Running from 2013 to 2021, wrote website copy and marketing material for Concordis from 2013 to 2017, and edited travel-related product copy for Virtuoso from 2015 to 2017.

Since 2013, Anne has been employed at ECG Management Consultants, initially starting as an Editor and eventually working their way up to Director of Editing, with previous roles including Associate Director of Editing and Editing Manager. As a Director of Editing, they are responsible for editing healthcare documents, managing a team of five editors, implementing changes to editing processes, and facilitating educational initiatives such as book clubs and webinars.

Anne Forsyth completed their Bachelor's degree in English (Creative Writing) from Florida State University from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in English (Rhetoric and Writing) from the University of Colorado Denver, which they successfully obtained from 2010 to 2012.
