Irene Alberro currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Every Child's Hope, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Irene held the position of Operations Director and Program Manager at Automated Health Systems, where successful optimization of operations supported a $13 million state contract and facilitated the processing of 1.5 million Medicaid applications in Missouri. At Mount Sinai Health System, from July 2017 to April 2022, Irene functioned as Administrative Manager for Nursing Education & Professional Development, managing $10 million in departmental operations and achieving full recovery of $6 million through an efficient application tracking system. Additionally, Irene worked as Project Manager at Mount Sinai Medical Center from July 2013 to July 2017, improving processes and coordinating the relocation of over 50 employees across multiple divisions. Irene's earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst, Payroll Supervisor, and Executive Assistant within the Mount Sinai Health System, emphasizing Irene’s diverse background in operations, finance, and project management. Irene holds a degree from Monroe College-New Rochelle.

Our Mission: “Partnering with the community to assist children, youth and families in their unique pursuit of health and wholeness through quality, professional, and faithful services.” Every Child's Hope is a nonprofit organization that serves children and families through the ECH school, on-campus residential services, home- and community-based services such as therapy and foster care case management, and independent/transitional living for youth ages 16-21. We are a state-wide agency with offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, and Jefferson City.
