Leonid Plaksienko

Leonid Plaksienko is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Actuarial Specialist at Echelon Insurance since June 2023, Leonid previously held the role of Pricing Manager and Senior Analyst at TD Insurance from October 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Leonid contributed to RSA as Team Lead, Senior Actuarial Analyst, and Actuarial Analyst between May 2014 and September 2019. Early in the career at WILBA from 2005 to 2013, Leonid worked as a Referee and also gained tutoring experience at Cegep John Abbott College in mathematics and physics. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Actuarial Science from Concordia University and a DEC in Sciences from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
