Rino Thouk

Rino Thouk, FCAS, FCIA, currently serves as Director of Actuarial at Echelon Insurance since November 2019, with previous roles including Manager of Property Pricing and Senior Actuarial Specialist, focusing on pricing strategies. Prior to this position, Rino Thouk worked at Intact Financial Corporation from June 2015 to November 2019 as an Actuarial Consultant, concentrating on IFRS 17, DCAT, budgeting, and reserving, and held the title of Senior Actuarial Analyst in corporate reserving. Rino Thouk also has experience as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Analyst in Personal Lines pricing from June 2012 to June 2015. Earlier roles include an Assistant Teacher position in Life Insurance at Université de Montréal and an Actuarial Intern at Intact Financial Corporation. Rino Thouk earned a degree from Université de Montréal from 2008 to 2012, following completion of a DEC in Health Science at Cegep Bois-de-Boulogne from 2006 to 2008.
