Ron Pavelack

Ron Pavelack is a highly experienced insurance executive with a career spanning several leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Insurance Executive at In Transition since October 2019, Ron previously held multiple vice president positions at Echelon Insurance from October 2014, overseeing national and Québec business development. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President for Special Projects at RSA and multiple senior vice president roles at L'Union Canadienne, Compagnie d'assurances. Ron also served as Chief Operating Officer at Federation/Missisquoi Insurance Company from June 1998 to June 2008. Academically, Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, and a DEC in Business Administration from Vanier College.
