In 2020, they joined Wegmans Food Markets as Produce Team Lead and Pizza Team Leader. In 2022, they became Executive Program Manager at Echelon Services, LLC.

Eric Wieman completed their college preparatory studies at Hauppauge High School from 1973 to 1977. Eric then attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
