Kevin King started their work experience in 2000 at Ornge Transport Medicine, where they held the roles of Acting Director, Education and Manager, High Fidelity Simulation Services until 2008. Kevin then worked at Muskoka EMS as General Manager/Chief of Ambulance Services from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Vice President of North American Sales at CAE Healthcare. Currently, Kevin is the CEO of ECHO Healthcare, a position they have held since 2018.
Kevin King's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Conestoga College and obtained a degree in Ambulance & Emergency Care (AEC). Following this, in 2000, they attended The Michener Institute and earned an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) Certificate. In 2001, Kevin studied at OAABHP (Ornge) and received a Critical Care Paramedic Certificate. Moving forward, in 2004, they attended Harvard University's Center for Medical Simulation and obtained a Certificate from the Institute of Medical Simulation. Later on, they studied at Athabasca University and completed a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management in 2010. Lastly, in 2012, Kevin attended Athabasca University once again and achieved an Executive MBA degree.
