Charles Anunciacion has a diverse work experience in the technology and hospitality industry. Charles started their career as a Computer Technician at Mission Electronics Repair Center in 2007 and held the role until 2015. In 2011, they also worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Hilton Garden Inn for a year. Charles joined ECHO Technology Solutions in 2015 as a Service Desk Engineer and End User Support Specialist. Charles was later promoted to the position of Service Desk Team Lead in June 2018. As of now, they are still employed at ECHO Technology Solutions.
Charles Anunciacion attended Heald College-San Francisco from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. In February 2021, they also obtained certification as an Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc.
