Henry Essex Stropnicky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Henry Essex started their career as a Gallery Assistant at Ann Torke in 2006. Henry Essex then worked as an IT - Lab Consultant at UMass Boston from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they served as a Lighting Designer at UMass Boston and later transitioned to the role of Digital Archival Assistant from January to February 2009.

From 2009 to 2010, Henry worked as a Production Assistant at Art of the Event, Inc., where they set up stages, sets, and lighting rigs for corporate and private events. Henry Essex also consulted with event producers on lighting designs and led crews for setups and strikes.

Henry then worked as a Freelance Lighting Technician at Advanced Lighting and Production Services, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they supported lighting crews, participated in the load-in, setup, and load-out of intelligent lighting rigs, and worked on various corporate events, concerts, and theater productions.

From 2010 to 2010, Henry worked as a Network Engineer at Everon Technology Services, where they remotely managed and found innovative solutions for small networks and clients across the United States.

Henry Essex then joined Business Solutions Unplugged as a Systems Engineer in 2011 and worked until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Henry served as a Senior Network Engineer at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. In this role, they focused on improving the client experience through support, consultation, education, and problem-solving.

Currently, Henry is working as a System Engineer at ECHO Technology Solutions, starting in October 2015. In this role, they apply their expertise in system engineering to contribute to the company's projects.

From 2004 to 2008, Henry Essex Stropnicky attended UMass Boston, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Art. Additionally, in 2006 and 2007, they took a course in 3D Modeling at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
