VP, Customer Success at Echo360

Wes Barnes is currently the VP of Customer Success at Echo360. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success at Nexus Systems, Inc. from September 2015 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the team of customer success managers who implemented and drove success playbooks to drive retention, adoption, and growth of the Echo360 platform. Wes was also responsible for onboarding teams who created and executed customer enablement plans for implementation, training, and professional services based on customers' strategic goals.

Before their time at Nexus Systems, Inc., Barnes was with Echo360 for 12 years in various roles. Wes started as a Senior Director of Professional Services in April 2003 and was responsible for the overall ownership of the Client Services Portfolio, the services, and the business mechanics required to deliver services to customers. In this role, they also managed personnel assigned to deliver on Client Services engagements, enhanced the Echo360 Client Services Portfolio including development of “go-to-market” strategies, operational processes, forecasting models and management strategies, managed Client Services opportunities and process in Salesforce.com, and collaborated with Product Management and Development teams to develop integration strategies and extension of the EchoSystem APIs to enable professional services success.
