Bastian Karweg

Bastian Karweg has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles and as a founder of multiple companies. Bastian started their career in 2000 as the Co-Founder and Head of Product at PresseBox.de - United News Network GmbH. In 2001, they founded Portable Gaming Network and served as the Founder and CEO until 2008. In 2005, they became the CEO of Promago.de until 2011. From 2006 to 2018, they founded and served as the CEO of folkd.com. In 2007, they founded Mobile Advertising GmbH and was its CEO until 2015. In 2011, they founded Dealfront and Echobot Media Technologies GmbH and held the position of Group CEO for both companies. In 2015, they founded Karweg Ventures GmbH. Bastian joined Zukunftsfonds Heilbronn (ZFHN) / Born2Grow (B2G) as a Verwaltungsrat (IC Board member) in 2022. Currently, they are also the Group CEO of Leadfeeder.

Bastian Karweg attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued a Master's degree in Information Engineering and Management.
