Dov Sugarman has a diverse work experience in the fields of business development, strategy, and technology innovation. Dov started their career in 2011 at JDC-Eshel as a Program Manager, focusing on the intersection of technology and aging. Dov then moved on to SafeBeyond as a Strategic Partnerships Manager and later joined Mediterranean Towers Ventures as Co-CEO. In 2018, they became a Board Member at Travaxy and then served as VP Strategic Development at SSCIsrael. In 2015, they became an Ambassador Tel Aviv Chapter at Aging2.0, a global organization dedicated to improving the lives of older adults. Dov co-founded Avia Home in 2020, a new venture in the Aging In Place Sector, where they provided an all-encompassing solution for seniors to remain at home. Dov also served as a Mentor at the Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at EchoCare.
Dov Sugarman earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University in 1991-1993. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Policy and Administration at Oregon State University.
