Chad Voss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chad is currently the Head of Design & Front End Engineering at EchoMark since September 2022. Prior to that, Chad worked at Microsoft for several years, starting as a Graphic Designer at Livingstone Corp. in 2004. Chad then moved on to roles such as Partner Design Director, Principal Design Manager, and Sr UX Design Lead at Microsoft, where they played a pivotal role in managing design teams, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering various product features.

Chad also has experience as a Founder of a General Partnership, where they successfully established and managed their own business. Furthermore, they worked as a UX Designer at Mylo Development LLC, where they drove the UX design across all features of a multi-platform photo management tool.

In addition to their corporate experience, Chad has also demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills by designing and developing their own app called Sumhold during their self-employment period. Their app received recognition and praise in the app store.

Before venturing into the tech industry, Chad worked as a Toy Inventor/Designer, collaborating with Rudell Design and negotiating distribution through Mattel. Chad also gained experience as a 3D Animator, Compositor, and Editor at Jellyfish Labs and Veggietales.
