Elena Tsisanova currently serves as the Lead Biologist at Echopoint Medical Ltd since February 2020, while also working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Queen Mary University of London since October 2016, focusing on Ric8b and its role in cardiovascular physiology. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at Queen Mary University of London, examining ATP-sensitive potassium channels in cardiovascular physiology and disease, and a Library Assistant position at the University of Bristol from October 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included assisting students and managing book loans. Elena’s academic journey includes a PhD in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Aston University, and a Specialist Diploma in Pharmacy from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, where Elena also contributed as a Teaching Assistant from September 2009 to September 2010.
