Paul Wydra III

Field CTO, ServiceNow at EchoStor Technologies

Paul Wydra III has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Paul is currently working at EchoStor Technologies as the Field CTO for ServiceNow since January 2022. Before that, they worked as a ServiceNow Solutions Leader for the company from December 2018 to January 2022.

Prior to their role at EchoStor Technologies, Paul was the owner of wydraTEK LLC, which they started in August 2008. Paul managed the company independently.

In 2018, Paul worked at Espressive as a Customer Success Manager from May to December, assisting customers with implementing and optimizing their solutions.

From 2015 to 2018, Paul worked at Acorio. Paul served as a Solutions Architect from April 2017 to May 2018, a Senior ServiceNow Consultant from April 2016 to April 2017, and a ServiceNow Consultant from June 2015 to April 2016.

Before joining Acorio, Paul worked at ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company as an Enterprise Solution Consultant from January 2015 to May 2015, and as an Associate Solution Consultant from March 2013 to January 2015.

Paul also gained experience as a System Administrator at Dyn from June 2012 to March 2013, and as a Server Administrator at Western New England University from September 2009 to January 2012.

Additionally, Paul completed an IT internship at Travelers from May 2011 to August 2011.

Paul Wydra III attended Joseph A. Foran High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they enrolled at Western New England University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Paul majored in Information Technology and had a minor in Entrepreneurship. Paul attended Western New England University from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Wydra III has obtained several certifications. Paul became a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect in April 2021. Prior to that, they acquired the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management certification in July 2020 and the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification in May 2020. In January 2019, they obtained the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery certification. Paul also holds the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM certification, which they obtained in April 2016.

In August 2013, Paul Wydra III obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation Certified certification from Loyalist Certification Services. Paul also became a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator in the same month, which was awarded by ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company. In December 2012, they received an Agile/SCRUM certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Lastly, in August 2010, they earned the A+ certification from CompTIA.
