Tammy Norwood is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Area Manager and Community Manager at ECI Group since January 2017, Tammy has been recognized as the 2020 Community Manager of the Year for expertly managing a 382-unit A+ community and overseeing a significant budget. Prior to this role, Tammy accumulated valuable experience at HILLS Properties from March 2007 to January 2017, where responsibilities included property management, assistant property management, and leasing consulting, focusing on cash flow maximization and customer service excellence. Earlier career experience includes a role as Office Manager at RoomStore, leading a customer service team and handling client consultations. Tammy is a graduate of Houston Community College.
