Joel Richman

Joel Richman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and technology leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at ECI Software Solutions since September 2024, Richman previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Khameleon Software from March 2020 to September 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Technical Services & Solutions at G4S and Chief Information Officer at Innovative Healthcare Services, LLC, where significant digital marketing and ERP software implementations were executed. Additionally, Richman has a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded SST, Security Services & Technologies, which experienced substantial growth during their tenure. Richman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rutgers University and an Electronics Technology Diploma from DeVry University.
