Carlie Pedersen

Carlie Pedersen currently holds the position of Chief of Staff and Director of Programs at ECI Therapeutics since February 2023. Additionally, Carlie serves as a Vice President and Program Committee Member at Camp Rainbow Gold Inc, where they coordinate the summer camp program and provide programming recommendations to the board. Carlie also has experience as a Strategic Planning Director, Leadership Development Manager, Blood Center Operations Director, and Quality and Regulatory Specialist at Secure Transfusion Solutions. They obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and a minor in Supply Chain Management from Boise State University.
