Scott Shader

Scott has over 30 years of higher education and health care- facilities management (FM), technology and real estate experience. Scott boasts some impressive stats over the history of his FM career. He has managed and supervised campus wide technology systems, he has coordinated GIS mapping efforts, space planning, CMMS and BIM, real estate, design projects, etc, over his many years. Scott also managed space planning, facilities and real estate departments for many years and has played a key role in the campus F&A cost rate renegotiations, research space productivity planning and has spoken at many mainstage conferences over the last 20 years on planning in higher education and the importance of technology.

Scott currently serves the Director of Sales and Marketing and also as a higher education and health care subject matter expert for eCIFM.
