Akina Nana Pharmd

Akina Nana, PharmD, currently serves as a Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications Fellow at ECIR Medical Communications since June 2023. Previous experience includes various externships and internships at UNC Health, GSK, Stallergenes Greer, Duke University Hospital, and Walgreens, with roles focused on solid organ transplant, geriatrics, health administration, pharmacovigilance, oncology care, psychiatry, and inpatient operations. Akina Nana earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with minors in Chemistry, Public Health, and Psychology, from the University of Miami in 2019.
