Kate McConnell

Kate McConnell currently serves as a Higher Education Strategist at Electric Kite since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Penn State Great Valley from October 2015 to May 2023, where Kate developed marketing strategies to enhance the institutional brand. At Saint Joseph's University, Kate held multiple positions, including Director of Retention and Student Success, focusing on student satisfaction and retention for over 2500 graduate students, as well as managing recruitment and admissions for graduate programs. Additionally, Kate served as Director of Marketing at Melmark from July 2001 to July 2005, where a comprehensive marketing and communication plan was executed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
