David Marlow

David Marlow has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Civil Engineering and Housing Project Manager at ECL Civil Engineering since March 2019. Prior to this role, David held the position of Project Manager at T & W Civil Engineering from October 2007 to March 2019, and at Bellco Luxury Homes from April 2004 to June 2007. David's career in the industry began as a Foreman at Noone and McGowan Civil Engineering, where David worked for nearly two decades from June 1984 to June 2003.
