Jeff Metz has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Jeff started out working as an IT/Automation employee at Suffolk County Probation from 1998 to 2005. Jeff then moved on to Recorded Books, where they held multiple positions including Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager/National Account Manager, and National Product Manager from 2005 to 2015. After that, they worked at ADP as a District Manager, Major Accounts from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Eclaro, where they are responsible for helping companies find and hire the right IT talent, as well as providing solutions for building technical teams. Jeff also has experience in global business development as the Director of Global Business Development at Eclaro.
Jeff Metz earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Jeff then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from LIU Post from 1998 to 2000. Prior to their college education, Jeff attended Ward Melville from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Jeff Metz obtained several certifications including GMI Certified Mentor from the Global Mentorship Initiative in December 2020, Hubspot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot in November 2019, AWS Certified Business Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2019, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in December 2016, and Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in January 2020.
