Laura Broomfield has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura started their career as a District Sales Manager at Fantastic Communications from 2000 to 2003. Laura then joined American Residential Communities in 2004, initially as a Property Manager responsible for overseeing operations, sales, leasing, and financial performance of multi-family communities. Laura later became a District Manager, overseeing a portfolio of multi-family communities within a defined geographic region. In 2010, they joined YES Communities as a Regional Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a portfolio of multi-family communities. In 2013, Laura joined Lakeshore Management as the Director of Inventory Management and Vice President of Capital Improvement. Throughout their roles, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing teams, spearheading sales and marketing efforts, and effectively managing budgets and expenses.

Laura Broomfield earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice / Forensic Science from the University of Phoenix, having attended the institution from 2005 to 2009.
