Niyathi Madasu

Niyathi Madasu has extensive experience in human resources and organization development. Niyathi currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at ECLAT Health Solutions Inc. Prior to this, they served as a Director on the Board of Directors at Premier Energies Limited, where they built and led the HR function from the ground up and provided strategic advice to the board and managing director. Niyathi has also worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Premier Energies Limited. Before joining Premier Energies, Niyathi was the Human Capital Leader for Asia at Dalberg. Niyathi also has experience as a Talent Management Leader & OD Specialist, Head of Learning & Development, and Organization Development Specialist at various companies such as Aegon Life, TATA SONS LIMITED, Capgemini, and METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited. Niyathi'sroles involved designing performance management systems, implementing learning initiatives, and recommending changes to leadership practices.

Niyathi Madasu completed an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian School of Business in 2011. In 2002 to 2004, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development. Additionally, they hold several certifications including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, Certified Job Evaluation Expert from Aon HR Learning Center, and Certified Accreditation in MBTI from CPP, Inc. Niyathi also has certifications as a Certified DISC practitioner from Thomas International and a Certified Assessor for Assessment Development Centres from SHL. Currently, Niyathi is pursuing an Accredited Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation and a Certificate in designing and implementing Assessment Development Centers from T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd.
