Brian McIlhenny is currently the Principal and Global Head of Customer Experience at eClerx Customer Operations. Prior to this, Brian held leadership positions in various companies such as BMackMT bpo transformational solutions, EGS, OSI, RMH Teleservices, and AchieveGlobal. Brian has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Ursinus College and is currently pursuing further education at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
