Eswar's extensive career at eBay spanned several roles, including Lead - Analytics and Manager - Business Analytics, where key contributions included developing inventory models, automation processes, and machine learning solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. Eswar began the career at Mu Sigma Inc. as an Associate Manager, focusing on business analytics projects for renowned clients, and also participated in an Executive Leadership Development Program at Essar Oil. Eswar holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
