Riya Parikh has experience in leading campaign operations and MarTech solutions for global B2B and B2C clients. Riya has managed multi-million-dollar portfolios of digital platform solutions and implemented digital transformation roadmaps for large enterprises. Riya has successfully executed various digital transformation projects and designed campaign workflows for omni-channel personalization. At Salesforce, Riya was a Pardot Success Engineer, creating and managing marketing automation solutions for clients. Additionally, Riya partnered with marketing teams at Zycus to support omni-channel campaign management and drive demand generation goals. Riya is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
