Tom currently holds the position of Executive Director/Senior Client Engagement Lead at eClerx and is the Principal and Owner of 3Point Concepts, LLC. In the past, Tom has served as the Executive Director of Customer Support at MakerBot®, Vice President of Customer Care/Shared Services at Cablevision, and Vice President of Customer Operations at Cox Communications. Tom Makin also served as a Captain in Military Intelligence in the United States Army.
