Mohit Ganwani has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success at eClinicalWorks since September 2015, where responsibilities include leading a team of eight Customer Success Managers and managing strategic accounts to enhance retention, renewals, product adoption, and customer satisfaction, handling 120 accounts in a SaaS environment with a monthly recurring revenue of nearly $600K. Previously, from October 2014 to September 2015, Mohit worked as an Implementation Analyst at Healthtech India - ELLKAY, focusing on EMR data extraction and conversion. Earlier in career at Ascendum Solutions, from May 2012 to June 2014, Mohit initiated account management responsibilities, leading to the generation of approximately $1M in annual sales revenue while engaging in various customer service functions including website design and social media marketing. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Software Engineering from L.J Institute of Computer Applications as well as additional educational qualifications in Computer Science and High School studies.
