Chad Normand

Chad Normand possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Lead Construction Inspector at ECM Consultants since August 2012. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Jobsite Superintendent at Brandenburg Electric Inc. from July 2001 to June 2011. Additionally, Chad worked as the Lead Fiber Optic Inspector at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. (QIS) between 1999 and 2000.
