Randy Lemke

Randy Lemke has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Randy is currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager - Western Region at ECM Industries since May 2021. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Gems Sensors, a subsidiary of Fortive. During their time at Gems Sensors, Randy achieved notable achievements, including growing the territory from $7- $10M, ranking as the top salesperson in the company, and successfully driving the sales cycle from design to testing. Before joining Gems Sensors, Randy worked as a Regional Sales Manager at WIKA Instrument, LP from 2013 to 2017, where they sold industrial instrumentation and established annual sales budgets and co-branded marketing programs. Randy also served as a Regional Sales Manager at Southwire Company from 2010 to 2013 and at Lapp Group USA from 2007 to 2010. Randy began their career at North Coast Electric in 2002, where they started as a truck driver and worked their way up to the role of Industrial Outside Sales, gaining valuable experience in the electrical distribution industry.

Randy Lemke attended the University of Washington from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
