Jose A. Garcia

Jose A. Garcia is an experienced Program Manager at Freese and Nichols, currently managing the CoPf 2020 Transportation GO Bond Program. Previously, Jose worked as a Construction Manager at ECM International Inc., handling the TxDOT Campus Consolidation project. With a strong background in project management, Jose has also held roles as a Project Manager at various companies, including El Paso Electric Company and Real Estate Developer at BCI Developments. Jose holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and is currently pursuing another MBA at Université Laval.
