Brian O'Rorke

Brian O'Rorke has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brian started their career in 2007 as the Co-Founder and Director of Brotherhood Lacrosse, where they successfully built the business and managed a staff of up to 25 employees. In 2010, they worked as the Head Instructor at 24 Lacrosse, leading program instructors and designing strategic teaching programs for coaches. From 2008 to 2013, Brian served as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Northern Highlands Regional High School, where they developed and built a new lacrosse program, leading the team to multiple playoff wins and placing student-athletes in college athletic programs. In 2018, they joined Belmont Abbey College as the Associate Head Coach of Men's Lacrosse, where they led the program to its first-ever NCAA Tournament birth in 2019 and back-to-back conference championships in 2021-2022. Most recently, in 2022, Brian joined ECM Solutions as the Vice President - Employee Benefits Producer.

Brian O'Rorke completed their education at Providence College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science. Brian obtained this degree in 2005. No information is available regarding their education prior to this period.
