Matthew Thompson, CPCU, CIC has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew started their career in 2007 as an Assistant Project Manager at Spain Construction. In 2008, they joined Paddock Pools where they worked as Lead Estimator and also contributed to business development efforts. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Paddock Pool Equipment Company as a Project Manager, responsible for bringing new products to market and overseeing in-house manufacturing operations. In 2012, they joined Travelers as an Outside Property Claim Representative. Since 2016, they have been working at ECM Solutions, initially as Vice President and later promoted to Senior Vice President.

Matthew Thompson, CPCU, CIC completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from North Carolina State University. Matthew attended the university from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Providence Senior High School from 1998 to 2002.
